The FC-540 vegetable centrifuge is designed for drying a wide range of freshly cut vegetables, such as carrot shreds and diced onions, but also easily dries cut iceberg lettuce and cabbage varieties. The centrifuge dries up to 4,400 lbs per hour, depending on product specifications and settings.
